About Us
Be your event large or small, we’ve got it. Ever since 2009 when our founder, Max, had his first spit roast BBQ custom built we’ve been turning venues, office spaces & back gardens into places of real proper feasting.

Seasonality is key to our menus and we source the best produce from exceptional farmers and producers, all our meat comes from sustainable farms who take the same pride in their work as we do.

The Bolland & Crust team have a love for what they do, bringing cheer to people’s day and making dedicated work look like a breeze.
